As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated Studio Manager in Training to join our team. Position Overview:
As a Studio Manager in Training, you will engage in a comprehensive development program specifically designed to prepare you for the potential advancement to a Studio Manager role within a brief timeframe, contingent upon performance and assessment over a period of 90 to 120 days. This role is active and front-facing, engaging with guests and leading by example to ensure an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing team to achieve top results, serving as a hands-on role model while providing continuous feedback.
- Engage extensively with guests; this role is NOT confined to a desk.
- Manage details, deliver exceptional service, and ensure compliance with SOPs/policies in a professional yet fun environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to prepare for potential advancement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong sense of urgency combined with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible availability: our locations operate from early morning to early evening, seven days a week.
- A track record of excellence in previous roles, demonstrating a commitment to achieving more than "just OK."

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
